"Healthy" is subjective. If your goal is to lower your blood pressure and reduce your chances of developing diabetes, eating healthy is paramount.
As for yoga, I’ll never NOT recommend it. I wish I could do it myself; however, I quite literally don’t have the freedom right now. Yoga will benefit you in many ways: balance, flexibility, self-efficacy, core strength, sleep & over-all feeling better about yourself. However, I would suggest you add some weight training & cardio eventually, in addition to the yoga.
